Baile Collection is a small independent business run from Dublin, so your email comes to us directly. Whether it is a question about sizing, an update on an order, or a refund you need sorting, we are happy to help.

If your message is about an order you have already placed, please include your order number. It means we can look everything up straight away and give you a proper answer first time.
When we are available
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (Irish time)
We aim to reply to every email within one business day. If you write over a weekend, you will hear back on Monday.
Refunds and returns
Please get in touch before sending anything back. In most cases you will not need to return anything at all — our 30-day money-back guarantee covers refunds up to €125 with no return required. Where a return is needed, we will confirm the address when you write in.

We ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Delivery takes 7–14 days, shipping is free and every order is sent with tracking.
Your parcel comes from outside the EU, but import VAT and customs duty are paid by us before it arrives — there is nothing to pay on delivery. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
