This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Baile Collection. We currently provide shipping services exclusively to customers within the Republic of Ireland.
Order Processing and Handling All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you directly via the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Transit Time: Once dispatched, items typically arrive within 11 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Your order will arrive within 12–14 business days from the date of purchase.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance or local regional factors. We clearly display these estimates to ensure you know what to expect before placing your order.
Tracking Every order is shipped with a valid tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link once the order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Customs and Import Duties As we serve the Irish market, there are no additional customs fees for deliveries within the country.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are committed to your satisfaction. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@bailecollection.com. We will conduct an investigation and, if the claim is verified, provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations and Address Changes We allow order cancellations or address corrections within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
