Terms of service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of bailecollection.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Irish law. Where any part of these terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Baile Collection ("we", "us", "our").
Business address: Apartment 36, Kiltipper Gate, Dublin 24, D24 CN18, Ireland
Email: support@bailecollection.com
Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (Irish time)
2. Using This Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
You agree not to use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, and not to copy, scrape, or systematically extract our content for commercial use.
3. Our Products
Baile Collection sells women's clothing, footwear and accessories — including dresses, coats and jackets, knitwear, tops and blouses, skirts, trousers and jeans, two-piece sets and jumpsuits, shoes and boots, and accessories such as belts, bags, scarves, hats and jewellery.
Colours and images. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but screens vary. We cannot guarantee that the colour shown on your device exactly matches the item you receive. Minor variation in shade or texture is not a fault.
Sizing. Our garments are manufactured to international sizing, which can differ from standard EU sizing. Where measurements are provided on a product page, please use those rather than your usual size label.
Footwear sizing. Our shoes and boots are also manufactured to international sizing and tend to run smaller than the equivalent EU size. We recommend measuring the length of your foot in centimetres and using the size guidance on the product page rather than ordering your usual number.
If an item does not fit, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies — see our Refund Policy.
Availability. Products shown on this website are not guaranteed to be in stock. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund you in full.
4. Orders and How a Contract Is Formed
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we are unable to accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there has been an error in the price or description, where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or where an order appears to be for commercial resale rather than personal use.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Euro (€). The price shown at checkout is the amount we will charge you, and it is the only amount we will charge you. It does not include import VAT, customs duty or carrier clearance fees, which may be payable when your parcel arrives and are your responsibility as the importer — see Section 6 and our Shipping Policy.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout and must clear before we dispatch. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our products are dispatched from outside the European Union. Delivery times are longer than for domestic orders, and we state our estimates honestly on the Shipping Policy page. Estimates are not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, carrier capacity or public holidays.
Import charges are payable by you. Because our products are dispatched from outside the European Union, import VAT, a customs duty charge and a carrier clearance fee may fall due when your parcel arrives. These are set and collected by customs and your carrier, not by us, and are your responsibility as the importer of the goods. Section 6 of our Shipping Policy sets out what you can expect to pay, and we ask you to read it before ordering.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Our full Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out your rights in detail. In summary:
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Separately and voluntarily, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, under which refunds of €125 or less do not require you to return the item. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are refunded or replaced in full at our cost, at any order value.
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Your two-year legal guarantee in respect of faulty goods applies under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU law, regardless of anything else in these terms.
8. Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to stop an order before it ships, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do so where possible. Once an order has entered fulfilment we may be unable to intercept it — but your 14-day right to cancel after delivery is unaffected.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We would far rather resolve it directly, and in most cases we can do so within a day.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we may provide the relevant financial institution with order records, tracking information and delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to decline future orders from customers who repeatedly raise disputes without first contacting us.
10. Intellectual Property
The Baile Collection name, logo, site design and our own written content belong to us and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Some product images and descriptions are supplied by our manufacturers and suppliers and remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services
This website uses third-party services including payment processors, analytics, advertising platforms and shipping providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from ours.
12. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for minor typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Where an error affects an order you have placed, Sections 4 and 5 apply.
13. Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under product liability law, and for any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption — our products are supplied for private domestic use.
14. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier disruption, extreme weather, industrial action or supplier failure. If such an event occurs we will contact you, and you may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay is substantial.
15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If something has gone wrong, email support@bailecollection.com and we will respond within one business day.
If we cannot resolve matters between us, consumers in the European Union can obtain free assistance with cross-border disputes from the European Consumer Centre (ECC) network. Consumers in the Netherlands may contact ECC Netherlands; consumers in Ireland may contact ECC Ireland or the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
Please note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check this page before ordering.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
18. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A delay in enforcing any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
