By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. General Overview and Agreement By accessing our site and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Product Representation and Fulfillment Baile Collection specializes in premium lighting solutions, including ceiling and wall fixtures. While we strive for absolute accuracy, products may be dispatched from our fulfillment partners to ensure efficient delivery. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, though we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

Order Acceptance and Modifications We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of a pricing error or inventory discrepancy, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time the order was made.

Pricing and Payment Terms All prices are displayed in Euros. We reserve the right to modify prices for our products at any time without prior notice. Payment must be successfully processed and confirmed before we begin the order fulfillment and shipping process.

Shipping and Delivery Our goal is to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, items typically arrive within 11 business days. Consequently, the total estimated delivery time for orders within Ireland is 12–14 business days. Please be advised that these are estimates and may fluctuate due to courier delays. Baile Collection is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our direct control.

Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Goods We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us at support@bailecollection.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations and Dispute Resolution Orders may be cancelled within a 12-hour window following the time of purchase. Once this period has elapsed, the order may have already entered the fulfillment process and can no longer be halted. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Baile Collection reserves the right to provide relevant documentation, including tracking and delivery confirmation, to the financial institution. We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues.

Intellectual Property and Accuracy All content featured on this website, including images, branding, logos, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Baile Collection and may not be reproduced or reused without express written permission. While we aim for excellence, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

Third-Party Links and Services Certain content or services available via our Service may include materials from third parties, such as payment processors and shipping providers.
