Eligibility for Returns We offer a 30-day return window, which begins from the date your package is delivered. You may return your item for any reason within this period. To be eligible, your item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same resellable condition in which you received it. To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@bailecollection.com with your order number and the reason for the return request.

Return Shipping and Logistics Customers are responsible for the costs associated with shipping items back to our facility. We strongly recommend utilizing a tracked shipping service for your return, as Baile Collection cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items and is not responsible for packages lost during the return transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@bailecollection.com. Your email should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or faulty product. Once our team has reviewed and approved the claim, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing Timeline Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations We provide a 12-hour window from the time of purchase for order cancellations. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@bailecollection.com.
