FREE 7-14 DAY SHIPPING
Shipping is always free on every order, with no minimum order amount — and every package is shipped with track & trace.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and arrive within 7–14 days. We ship directly from our suppliers instead of holding stock in a warehouse, and that keeps our prices as they are.
Customer Service
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us first and we'll send you the return address and instructions; return shipping is at your cost. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right at no cost to you.
Email support@bailecollection.com and it comes to us directly; we're a small independent business run from Dublin. Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Irish time, and we aim to reply within 3–5 business days.
