Orders leave within 1–3 days and arrive in 15–25 days. That's longer than you'll be used to, and the reason is simple: we ship directly from our suppliers rather than holding stock in a warehouse, which is how the prices stay where they are.

If something isn't right, you have 30 days to tell us and we'll refund you. On refunds up to €125 you keep the item — no return, no postage, no forms.
