Orders leave within 1–3 days and arrive in 15–25 days. That's longer than you'll be used to, and the reason is simple: we ship directly from our suppliers rather than holding stock in a warehouse, which is how the prices stay where they are.

Import duty is on us. You'll never be asked for anything at the door — and if a courier ever does charge you, send us the receipt and we'll refund it.

If something isn't right, you have 30 days to tell us and we'll refund you. On refunds up to €75 you keep the item — no return, no postage, no forms.
