Shipping is free on every order, always, with no minimum spend — and every parcel is tracked.

Orders leave within 1–3 days and arrive in 15–25 days. That's longer than you'll be used to, and the reason is simple: we ship directly from our suppliers rather than holding stock in a warehouse, which is how the prices stay where they are.

Because your parcel comes from outside the EU, import charges may be payable when it arrives — import VAT, a customs duty charge, and a clearance fee from your carrier. These are set and collected by customs and the carrier rather than by us, so they're yours to pay. If you order more than one item they may travel separately, and charges can apply to each parcel. We'd rather you knew that now than found out at the door — our Shipping Policy sets out what to expect.

If something isn't right, you have 30 days to tell us and we'll refund you. On refunds up to €125 you keep the item — no return, no postage, no forms.
