Orders leave within 1–3 days and arrive in 15–25 days. That's longer than you'll be used to, and the reason is simple: we ship directly from our suppliers rather than holding stock in a warehouse, which is how the prices stay where they are.
Because your parcel comes from outside the EU, import charges may be payable when it arrives — import VAT, a customs duty charge, and a clearance fee from your carrier.
