Because your parcel comes from outside the EU, import charges may be payable when it arrives — import VAT, a customs duty charge, and a clearance fee from your carrier. If something isn't right, you have 30 days to tell us and we'll refund you. On refunds up to €125 you keep the item — no return, no postage, no forms.
