These are set and collected by customs and the carrier rather than by us, so they're yours to pay. If you order more than one item they may travel separately, and charges can apply to each parcel. If something isn't right, you have 30 days to tell us and we'll refund you. On refunds up to €125 you keep the item — no return, no postage, no forms.
